They can do this in Spain:
In the US, police would have rushed to the rescue of proper law and order by repeatedly beating the singer in the mouth and groin with truncheons while berating him with profanity, and pepper sprayed the dancers at point blank range. The onlookers would have all agreed that they deserved it. The vicious criminals all would then be booked for assaulting an officer and Patriot Act violations of terrorism against the Heimat homeland.
